The rules for using neuraweave.ai, Perpetuity memory and the NeuraWeave app.
These terms are an agreement between you and NeuraWeave. They cover this website, Perpetuity memory (the proxy for coding agents and the API) and the NeuraWeave app. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.
Our privacy policy explains what we store and how to delete it.
You must be 18 or older to use our services.
Keep your Perpetuity keys and your sign-in private. Anyone who holds a key can use the agents it opens. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard and make a new one.
You are responsible for what is done with your account and your keys.
Perpetuity is free up to a usage limit. When you reach it, your agent keeps working without memory, and your memory is kept. Your agent tells you when this happens. To use memory again, choose a paid plan.
New accounts in the app get a number of free turns that run on our model key, with a limit on the length of each message. We may change the number or stop offering them. Making extra accounts or keys to get more free use ends your access.
Past the free tier, memory is one monthly plan at a fixed price. Storing images and files for longer than the free tier keeps them is an add-on billed by use: what storing and serving them costs us, plus a margin.
Lemon Squeezy sells our plans as the merchant of record. It takes your payment, and its own terms apply to the purchase. We never see your card number.
We show the price before you pay. If a price changes, we tell you before it applies to you.
Your agent's answers come from a model provider. When you use your own model key or subscription, the provider bills you for that use, and that spend is yours. We do not set model prices and we do not refund them. You are responsible for following your model provider's terms.
If you save an OpenRouter key in the app, set a spend limit on it at OpenRouter. We recommend it.

What you write, and the memory made from it, stays yours.
To run the services we need your permission to store your content, to send it to the model provider that answers you, and to keep it in your agent's memory so the agent can use it later. You give us that permission by using the services. It ends when you delete the content and it is purged from Recently deleted.
We do not train models on your content.
Answers come from a language model and can be wrong. An agent that remembers can also carry forward something you said long ago, or something you later changed, and treat it as current. Check anything that matters.
Nothing our services say is legal, medical, financial or professional advice.
We keep your memory until you delete it, and we handle your data as our privacy policy says.
We are a small, young company and the services change often. We provide them as they are. We do not promise they will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features. Do not keep the only copy of something important in Perpetuity.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the services, including lost data, lost profits, or spend at a model provider.
We may suspend or close access for anyone who abuses the services or breaks these terms.
If we close your account, we email you at least 30 days before we delete your memory, so you can ask for a copy, unless the law or abuse of the services requires us to act sooner.
You can stop using the services at any time. You can delete your agents and conversations in the dashboard, and ask us to delete your account.
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the new version.
